Error after reinstall MySQL/Joomla

Has anyone ever seen this error?
jtablesession::Store Failed
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'joomla.jos_session' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'a0gt0i9uomjobqiifcrdq532a2','1329600257','','0','1','0' )
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 44 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\guild\libraries\joomla\error\exception.php on line 117
I can't get past it.
