How to configure mysql for access by Ip address not localhost

Hello,

I have install new MYSQL latest version all is working very good, But when try to connect with IP address then show error unable to connect, Otherwise connect from local host that working very good.

Anyone tell me how i can configure both localhost and IP address for access remote computer or local computer.

I have also try to new connection on the section of mysql administration but here is show again error "can not be connect with computer name"

Help Me ASAP
