Reset Root Password - Windows Server 2008 R2

I have installed MySQL Server 5.5 on Windows Server 2008 R2, the root password does not work.

I first worked when connected to the WorkBench, but right now I fail to access the database.

I have a connection through the WebIssues enabled but I can not even access the database.

I tried the steps listed in the forum root password reset but when I run the syntax reset the symbol of the system is in progress but it never works.

any suggestions for this?
