Installing PHP and MySQL on a Windows computer for internal purposes only?

I want to install PHP and MySQL on a Windows computer for the purpose of an internal use only. The server will be used for sign and menu boards in my business and will only be served inside the building. I want an internal server for the sake of better reliability than the internet. I will be using a computer with 8 monitor outputs to display the various signs and menus and I would like to have PHP and MySQL installed on that same machine.

Can anyone help me with some step by step information on what I need to do to install PHP and MySQL on a Windows machine.
