I need HELP - windows 2003

I need help I install MySQL on my server but i can not start the service on windows services.

The instalation also gave error on the last screen. Is there any way this windows can be block MYsql

no service on port 3306.

My route point to my server but i can not start the service on windows 2003.

Please any one help ?
