Mysql server initial configuration error: last warning: adding firewall rule failed

hello,

I am trying to install mysql on my local machine. When the installation arrives to the step of Mysql server initial configuration it gives me the following error:

last warning: adding firewall rule failed

then it lets me continue the installation. When i open the workbench and try to create a new instance i get the following error:

couldn't find section mysqld in the config file C:\windows\mywamp.ini

Would you please help...
