A certain TLA driven organization I maintain servers for require all server applications to not be installed to the C: partition. We also have to place the Data portion on a partition seperate from those other 2 partitions as well.

I was able to move all of the content by hand afterwards but it took an hour of work which once completed if able to be done from the GUI will save a ton of time.
