Sorry Steve, other than following what is suggested here:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/aedd0f90-5779-45e1-85fb-f71cb12166fc/mysql-install-error-on-new-computer-windows-7-professional

and browsing your local folder 'C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer\Product Cache' to run the product(s) msi(s) you want to install, I'm not sure how to help.
