Hi!
The problem is this:
[ERROR] InnoDB: .\ibdata1 can't be opened in read-write mode
[ERROR] InnoDB: The system tablespace must be writable!
Can you check that the ibdata1 is not set to read-only and the windows user running the mysqld has got permissions to write?
