Hi Kleber,
If I am understanding your problem correctly, you migrated the OS that hosts the MySQL Server and changed a MySQL Connector from 32 to 64 bits, after that you can't execute some queries correctly.

The problem sounds more related to the specific MySQL Connector you are using, and does not seem to be an installation issue.

Please post a message in the forum corresponding to the MySQL Connector you are using giving as much information as you can about the query you are executing and your environment.
