Found the problem. My computer, for whatever reason, changes the file extension on everything it downloads to .STL. I then have to rename the file extension to what it is supposed to be, which in most cases is .EXE. But in this case it should be .MSI, so I was setting the file extension to the wrong type and then Windows was giving a misleading error message that only said the program was not compatible with 64 bit windows.
