I'm not sure of understanding your question correctly, but I'll have two answers in either case:
1. Installing for your website. Your hosting provider is the one responsible for installing the server and providing the information for you to connect and from any RDBMS to it(for the case I would suggest using workbench).
2. If you want to install MySQL Server locally for developing/testing purposes you could go to www.mysql.com/downloads/installer
