I also read on some forum that it may also be cause by the 4k sector size of a NVMe Drive. I'm on an Dell XPS 15 9560 / NMVe uses 4K sectors. However, going back to 512 sector size is not an option, as I need it to run other Operation Systems.

Also took "full control" with my current user (admin account) of "C:\ProgramData\MySQL\" and "C:\Program Files\MySQL".
