Hello Mukesh,
It seems that you are having 2 issues, one is related to MySQL Server configuration and the other one is related to MySQL Connector Net.
Regarding the error related with MySQL Server Configuration. I will require more details in order to check what's happening. Please provide a detailed list of the steps being done. Also I need the complete log from Configuration stage, the version of MySQL Server that you are trying to configure and in case you have upgraded from a previous version, the version of the older MySQL Server will be helpful.
The issue related with Connector Net, please provide the log from Installation stage and the older version of Connector Net.
