Waht are the minimum windows authorization for MySQL Service account

Hi All,


I want to start MySQL as a windows service with a domain based service account but I am wondering which autorizations must be allowed to service account of a Windows 2012 server.

I think there should be something regarding "read / write" access to data folder and %PROGRAMDATA%/MySql

But is there any other thing (like listening on Mysql database port?).

Thanks for you help to find the minimum requirements list.
