Hello Ed,

.NET Framework 4.5 and 4.5.2 are different versions, and 4.5.2 version is required. Please try uninstalling .NET Framework 4.5 and then install .NET Framework 4.5.2, you can download it from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642
