connector still not available in visual studio 2017

Hi all,

i need the mysql connector available within Visual Studio 2017.

It was available already, but, did uninstall and install again (because of checking something about the entity framework versions dependencies...)

However, i did try now already quite a few times to uninstall and install again - the connector, visual studio, ... but, it does not matter, there is still no connector available within Visual Studio 2017 (Community Edition)

i really do not know what else to try now to have the connector available again in visual studio.

just 2 ideas...

1. maybe i should remove the connector completely, including registry keys and what else is left after the uninstall - maybe someone could let me know what exactly has to be removed to have a complete uninstall?
2. maybe there is a configuration which i could check or change manually if someone knows what and where...

i will take also any other suggestion to find a solution

thanks in advance
