Oh, sorry, I see I have left the ellipsis at the end at the command.

So I had to empty the data directory and launch the command again.

It tells the sa user is created with no password, and if I launch the installation program, bang again, it tries the installation with character set 0.0

I presume I have to uninstall MySql from the Windows configuration panel, launch the installation program again, update the ini file, and then launch the command line without the ellipsis ?
