I Can not connect my Apps to my BD MYSQL8.0

Hi,

I have installed MysQL 8.0 on my system (Win 10).
I have to connect my java app to a BDD on Mysql 8.0.
When i try to connect, i obtained a holling error message :

"Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client."

How to resolve this problem ?
