Can't get to setup option while installing mysql installer

I am trying to install mysql installer but I can't get where I set up options (such as licence agreement, Choosing set up type and installation) are

After running the set up all I see is a table of product, version, architecture and on the right side there are options to add, modify, upgrade and delete.

Where do I go from here?
Please help I am stack.
