Mysql Server error on install for all versions. WIndows 10

Hi all,

i'm in the process of upgrading to a new laptop and just cannot seem to install ANY mysql server versions. All installations end at a similar place with similar errors. I have installed all latest Visual C++ Redistributable Package is already installed.

I've even gone down the path of uninstalling my Visual Studio products trying to get any of these mysql Servers to install. Any help would appreciated.
