Hello sujit,
Can you confirm that you're using a 32 bit OS? The most recent version of MySQL Installer currently only allows the installation of MySQL Workbench 8.0 which is 64 bit, meaning it will not show on 32 bit systems.
If you still require a 32 bit compatible version of MySQL Workbench I recommend downloading and installing using the stand-alone MSI from the archives at (series 6.3 is compatible in 32 and 64 bit environments):
