Hello Nitesh,
the message you describe is displayed when attempting to configure/reconfigure the "Samples & Examples" product and no server installation is found.

To be able to configure "Samples & Examples" you first need to install MySQL Server via MySQL Installer. The installation of MySQL Server will in turn request the installation of Visual C++ Redistributable if not already installed. Upon installing MySQL Server you should be able to configure "Samples & Examples".

If the error persists, do let me know what server version and samples & examples version you are trying to install, along with the steps to reproduce the issue.
