Thank you so much for your response! No, I didn't.
The first page is: "Welcome Back!".. Simply click Next...
The second page is: "Select Products To Upgrade". There is only 1 product here: MySQL for Visual Studio. The "Available Upgrades" table is empty.
The third page: "ApplyUpdates". The following products will be updated. There is only 1 row in the table: MySQL for Visual Studio.
Now I cancelled here and saw the "MySQL Installer" page with a table of products, there are: MySQL Workbench, MySQL for Visual Studio, MySQL Shell, MySQL Router, Connector/ODBC, Connector/C++, Connector/J, Connector/Python, MySQL Documentation, Samples and Examples. On the right - Add, Modify, Upgrade, Remove, Catalog. This page was shown at the end, not at the beginning.
