Hi Vladimir,
assuming you had version 8.0.26 of the mentioned products (except MySQL for Visual Studio), the reported behavior was expected since at the time the 8.0.27 versions of the products had not yet been released. MySQL for Visual Studio was the only one for which a new release was available (1.2.10).

Recently, the 8.0.27 products have been released and now you should be able to upgrade said products. If MySQL Installer doesn't automatically display the ability to upgrade please perform a Catalog Update from the main dashboard and then you should see a Yellow error next to each product in the main dashboard, that is the indicator that an upgrade is available.
