Just to be clear, my goal was to install everything normally with the only exception of having the db instance being saved/ run on this other partition which is E:/ (not sure if using the correct terminology as well) as I'm trying to avoid having MySQL db instance running on the same drive as my C drive as I have a few drives in my pc.
