Is this correct? The Client installer failed to install a data base instance (only thing I changed in the GUI was directory where I wanted the data base instance to be installed), nothing was written in the "E:\" partition so there is no "my.ini" file. This "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\bin\mysqld.exe" exists...
