How to upgrade from 8.0.19 to 8.0.28?

Hello folks,
I need help upgrading mysql server on windows as it crashes frequently and maybe it is related to some bugs in the current version. So I decided to upgrade it to the last version.
So, my question is, can it be upgraded just by running windows installer? or I have to manually do something else?
Current version is 8.0.19
