Peter, I have master/slave replication. On a slave the update process went flawlessly, but on a master server updating system tables taking very long time, it's already more than an hour doing "Starting the server and upgrading system tables (may take a long time). There are around 3500 databases. Is this usual behavior or something may be wrong? I understand that it's even indicating it will take a long time, but still.
