Lev,

I upgraded from 8.0.27 to 8.0.29 and the configuration step (upgrading system tables) has been running for over six hours! I verified that the mysql service is running via 'netstat -an | grep 3306'. Given it's been a while I'm sure you are past your issue. I'm just trying to understand "what's normal" as far as how long the 'upgrading system tables' process should take.
