Hello Ganesh,
when executing the 5.7.36 msi what error are you getting? Make sure to uninstall any other installation of MySQL Installer beforehand.
Regarding mysqlinstallerconsole.exe, you can find it in the installation folder of MySQL Installer, typically C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows.
