There's a catch: This is part of our Chef server automation infrastructure, and we want our installers to work with no Internet connectivity: this server is a 10.* space with no NAT, and ergo, no Internet access to "just download" any version. Will this be a problem with the latest installer version?

We absolutely have to use 5.7.22, as this is a test copy of a production environment running 5.7.22.
