MySQL Excel Add-in - Won't stay loaded

Hi
Everytime I have to use the MySqL Excel Add-in I have to reload it via the Excel Options - Add Ins - COM Add Ins and re-enable it.
Are there any registery flags or setting I can check to determine what is causing Excel to keep uploading this when I exit Excel?
It is very annoying to have to load it everytime I want to use it.
