Help for excel - mysql - dictionary

Hello everyone!

I have a doubt and I need some programming expert here. I'll try to sum up what I want:

I have a large excel wordlist (6 MB) in several languages (with a unicode font and many foreign characters), and I want to turn this into an online dictionary in which everybody can look up words. I need someone to explain to me in detail what the process should be from beginning to end, like I was a 5-year old.

I already researched myself, and got some clues: 1) turn the excel file into a mysql database (?) 2) upload the mysql database into a (free??) server that allows this 3) create a php code (?) in the web page to get the dictionary (for this, the server has to allow php scripting)
