So, in PHPMyAdmin, for step 1, do the following:

Use the Export tab to export your table structures (to screen or file). Then copy and paste that output here - wrapped up in [ code ][ /code ] tags (without the spaces).

Alternatively, in the SQL window, type 'SHOW CREATE TABLE mytable' for each table and then paste the result here.

Then have another go at steps 2, 3, & 4
