Hi Tom,
Thanks for posting in our forums.

Can you please answer the following questions?
1. If you go to Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel, do you see a MySQL for Excel item there?
2. Do you see a MySQL for Excel folder in the path you chose to install to (like Program Files (x86) or Program Files)? You may need to search in all subfolders within the Program Files folders.
3. Do you see a MySQL for Excel folder in the %APPDATA%\Oracle folder?

Your answers can produce more insight about the problem and its solution.
