No MySQL for Excel shows in menu.

Hi,
I installed MySQL for Excel and tried to set 'MySQL.ForExcel' Add-in to be active. It showed in Load Behavior that 'Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of COM Ad-in.'.

I uninstalled/re-installed many times but still got the same error.
Could you give the advice? Thanks.
