Hi Naruemon,
If there is no Oracle folder under %appdata% it means that MySQL for Excel has never run so it has not created it. Since after installing it the add-in has never been able to be loaded I am wondering if you installed a wrong version of VSTO (for example a lesser version than 4.0 / 2010) or if the problem may be caused by a localized version of the VSTO. Did you download a non-English version of it?
