Thanks for writing in our forums.
Do you mean that Excel filters are disabled in the Worksheet after an Import operation or during an Edit operation? If it is during an Edit operation that is totally intended and the way the feature currently works.
If it happens on an Import operation that is not intended and may be a bug that needs to be reported.
