Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for writing in our forums!

Only an administrator is able to install programs in a Windows environment.
Can you explain further what you mean? Are you suggesting you have a user configured in a way that can install programs alghough it is not in the Administrators group but it can't install MySQL for Excel?
