Mysql for Excel

I have windows 7 64 bit, Apache 2.2, mysql 5.5 , php 5.3 and phpmyadmin 3.4, using localhost to login to phpmyadmin. No internet connection is used. I just download mysql for excel and would like to know if this would work with what I have installed. Also I wish to install it on another computer with windows 7 64 bit but does not have apache, php, phpmyadmin nor mysql installed. Is this possible. Please provide Assistance. Thanks
