MySQL for Excel VBA

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to install MySQL for Excel, I just want to make sure if I can INSERT data from Excel to MySQL table using MySQL for Excel via VBA? With that, I can leave me file open and it will gather data then INSERT data to the table.
