Hi Javier,
thank you for your kind reply.
The problem is at point 10. When I click "yes" on the dialog box trying to restore data, data do not restore (I know because I changed some values before opening the saved Excel at point 8 and changes do not apply to restored Excel, I still see the same data I saved). Sidebar do not appear nor the box for commitment, and cell A1 is selected.
I looked at the log but no error found, only mysql for Excel starting and closing message.
All programs are up-to-date (I have installed on a window10 pc mysql, mysql for Excel and office 365). I tried also on a win7 pc with office 2010, connecting to mysql database on my Windows 10 pc and the same behaviour happened (so the contact point could be the mysql database, but I'm too ignorant on these matters to try to find causes).
Please if needed I can privately message a link to a short video of the problem.

May I also ask you another thing. As you have probably already understood, I'm not familiar with databases and software development but at work we are already using Mysql for other tasks and I would like to use it for my need too. What I'm aiming to have, is to update a mysql table with Excel data from one pc, and the feed other pc Excel with real time data from my sql. I don't like to ask others to do things for me and I'm not going to, but a suggestion will be appreciated on what direction to take. If I have to learn a programming Language I will (try to) do, but an advice on what to learn will be appreciated. Probably there are ready-to use solutions out there but I haven't found and, moreover, I think it will be a plus for me to understand how to do things

Best regards
Stefano
