Hi Channarong,
You installed MySQL for Excel 1.3.4 via the MySQL Installer for Windows, right?
On Excel you go to the Data ribbon and you do not see the MySQL for Excel button at the end of it?
You also mention you go to Options > Add-Ins and you do not see the add-in listed, bear in mind you need to look on the COM Add-Ins list, can you re-check if you see it listed there?
