I am afraid I do not quite understand what you are trying to do.
Do you want to dump to an Excel worksheet the results of a query you get in Visual Studio?

MySQL for Excel does not integrate at all with Visual Studio, it is simply not designed to do that. The Excel add-in works directly with a MySQL Server instance to fetch data from a MySQL database from tables, views and stored procedures to dump it to an Excel worksheet. Also it can use data from Excel to feed MySQL tables.

You say you are surprised you don't see an option for query results, but query results are not something stored in a MySQL database. Maybe I am misunderstanding your comment.
