Hi Robert,
Can you elaborate a little more on the scenario?
I mean, can you give us a simplified scenario like:

Table: "sample"
Column 1: "id", "int"
Column 2: "desc", "varchar(255)"
Column 3: "price", "decimal(10,2)"

and then sample data in Excel you are trying to append to the table in the scenario?
