I have exactly the same problem.
Office 2013 x32 is installed.
I saw that Mysql setup installed x64 version of VSTOR so I manually installed x32 version too, rebooted, but Mysql/Excel plugin give the same error: not found, install x64 (again!) but again Installer doesn't find VSTOR.
