Hi Peter,
More than one user has reported that getting the latest Windows updates (along with Office updates) solved the issue.

Support and development haven't been able to reproduce this issue, on Windows 7, Windows 10, Excel 2016 and Excel 365 (ran combinations of these environments), but on all of these the computers got all Windows and Office updates first.

This does not seem to be a problem with the add-in per se, but with Excel 365 running COM add-ins.

Are you still facing the issue?
