Unfortunately it varies depending on the product and development priorities (which have shifted into MySQL Cloud and the MySQL X DevAPI).
We are working on releasing 1.3.8 as soon as possible, which unfortunately hasn't been any quick and this affects the product's user base. We cannot disclose release dates to comply with Oracle's policies, I can just tell you we are aiming to release very soon.
