Hi Nadeem,
The easiest way would be to file a bug report at https://bugs.mysql.com, attaching a sample xls or xlsx file that contains the data as you need it (with the formatting, formulas and subscripts/superscripts), and also a sample .sql file that depicts the statements to create the DB table you want to export from Excel to MySQL.

Then we can analyze the scenario and see if this is a bug and fix it or an enhancement request.
